Offer is valid for a limited time, and we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. Offer entitles buyer to 10% off orders over £40.00.

ADAPTATION SERVICE:

All bags and backpacks that are sent to us, are treated with the care and love of our own. Unfortunately, in rare circumstances, bags can be damaged during transit with the delivery company. Every precaution is taken to try and stop this from happening. In the event of damage or fault to the bag, we will require a detailed description and photographic evidence of fault before a refund is issued.

DAMAGES OR FAULTS 

Please inspect all your products on receipt of your order. Please contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages or if the product is incorrect. We will help you rectify the situation as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any of our backpacks, bags, personalised and/or custom items. Refunds/replacements will be considered in the case of any faults or damage with the product, that was cause during production or shipping. We will require a detailed description and photographic evidence of fault before a refund or replacement is issued.

We do accept returns on our accessories bundles. We have a 30-day return policy in which the item has to be requested and received back by us to qualify for a return. We are unable to offer refunds on products that are being returned with no faults or damage. You will have the option to receive credit to spend at The Tiny Tubie Company, or an exchange for difference products.

We are unable to accept returns on any sale items.

All items must be in the original condition that they have been received in, unused with tags, in the original packaging. We will provide you with the address but you, as the buyer, are responsible for the cost of returning the product. If you qualify for a refund, this will be made to your original form of payment. If you qualify for a credit note, this will be sent via gift voucher to your original email address. At a request and surcharge, a gift voucher can be sent to you via post.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note, we are a UK based company, and allow 5-7 working days before despatch. We aim to despatch well before this time frame, please contact us if you require something sooner.

Our orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 24 or occasionally using a third-party courier such as Evri. Form of shipping will be confirmed after despatch.

PACKAGING

Whilst we understand that medical supplies come with an abundance of single use plastic, we do our best to limit our plastic use and impact on the environment. Our shipping bags are biodegradable, our dust bags are plastic-free, and we use plantable filler! This is not limited and we use eco-friendly alternatives throughout our business, but if you would like to contact us regarding our packaging or are a business that believe you can meet our needs please contact us at thetinytubiecompany@gmail.com

 

PRODUCT NAMES

All of our backpacks are named after customers. For example, our first backpack we created is called  The"Theodore" Backpack. 
If you wish to opt-out of this, please confirm by either emailing us at thetinytubiecompany@gmail.com, or DM us on Insta @thetinytubieco. We will always discuss this with the customer first before naming a product.
